Russian Electronic Certificate of Registration Trademark

The Russian Patent Office issued a federal government order on June 17, 2021 to formally introduce electronic certificates and certificates for registered trademarks in Russia.

  After digitization, the official will only issue electronic certificates, including：

  1.  Certificate of Registration Trademark

  2.  Proof of change (name, address, etc.)

  3.  Certificate of trademark assignment

  4.  Certificate of trademark renewal

  That is, after June 17, 2021, the official will only issue electronic documents for all certificates and certifications. If the applicant needs a paper certificate, he/she needs to submit a letter requesting a paper certificate to the official and pay the official fee.
